Did you know that pottery can be very beneficial to children's mental, physical and emotional growth? Aside from being a great way to boost their motor skills, handling clay has a soothing effect and encourages creativity and imagination. Discovering what their own hands are capable of making can strengthen their self-esteem and give them the chance to express themselves freely!
In this workshop, participants will spend a fun and relaxing Saturday morning with teacher Nica Cosio learning basic-hand building techniques! By the end of the workshop, they will be able to make their own ceramic mugs and spoons.
